taking a page from radiohead's most current chapter, yogichocolate.com offers yogis everywhere the option of downloading mp3s of yoga and meditation classes, using a donation based system in which you pay what you can. and we all know in our downward spiraling economy, getting into downward dog can get pricey when paying per class at a yoga studio. these classes are great for the traveling yogi who doesn't leave home without their ipod or laptop - a new calorie-free menu item for room service that i warmly welcome!
